Return & Refund Policy

Can I do an exchange if the sizing / fitting doesn’t fit me?
We apologize that we do not exchange, return or refund in store credit term after purchase is made, unless the following conditions: - Incorrect goods received - Wrong sizes chosen - Major defects Please take note that: - Color of products might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. - There might be ±1inch/ 3cm differences in the measurements subject to different material quality and measurement method. - For printed items, placement of prints may vary in terms of symmetry/ alignment/ slight color patches for every piece due to cut of fabric which is not considered a defect. - For lace items, loose threads due to the nature of the lace and for this reason is not considered as defect.
Our return policy as follow:
- You will need to contact our customer service on Facebook Page Idealstyle IDS or Instagram: @idealstyle.co to confirm your return request before sending back the item(s). All return item(s) without our confirmation will be rejected. - ALL sales items are not returnable, exchangeable & refundable. - All returns must be done within 3 working days from the day of receiving goods. - Item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it does not meet the above-mentioned conditions. - Exchange can only be made one time per order number. - Parcel need to be sent via a traceable mode of 3rd party delivery company. - Customer are fully responsible for the item till the parcel reaches us. Kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent. - Please provide us your tracking number once you have mailed out the parcel. - No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items. - All refunds will ONLY be available in CREDIT TERMS.
